Kolkata

Tell us what you're looking for.
One broker who works that area calls you.

Not five brokers. Not fifty listings that were let last month. You say what you want once — to rent, to buy, or a place you have to let out or sell — and we put it in front of somebody who actually covers that area.

Our Kolkata line opens shortly. Until then, write to us and we'll come back to you.

Three steps, and you're talking to somebody

No account, no app, no browsing through listings that aren't there any more.

1

Tell us, once

Ring the number and say what you're after — the area, the size, roughly what you'd pay, when you need it. Ninety seconds. Or tell us about the place you have to let out or sell.

2

Watch what one broker actually has

He sends a video walkthrough of a real property — not photographs lifted from another listing. You watch it before you commit to anything, and without giving out your number.

3

Pay ₹99 only if you want to meet

You get his name and number, he gets yours, and he knows to expect you. If you don't like what you saw, you pay nothing and we look again.

Why it's different

Everything that makes property websites exhausting, removed

Your number stays yours

One broker gets it, at the moment you decide you want him to — never five at once, never sold on. You give permission on the call, and we record that you did.

Video, not photographs

Brokers here send a walkthrough of the actual flat. Photos get copied between listings; a video of a place he's standing in doesn't.

You pay after, not before

Calling is free. Watching is free. ₹99 is charged once, only when you've seen something worth ringing about, and only if you choose to.

Your details

What we do with what you tell us

This service works by passing your requirement to a broker. So here is exactly what goes where, in plain words, before you decide to ring.

What we take

Your phone number, your name if you offer it, and what you're looking for — the area, the size, roughly the budget, when you need it. The call is recorded so we can check what was agreed.

What a broker sees

What you want — not who you are. He decides whether he can help without your name or your number. Those reach him only when you pay to be introduced, and then only him.

We ask first, and record that we did

Nothing is passed to anybody until you say yes on the call, and we keep a record of when you said it and on which call. Ringing us is not treated as agreement.

Where it stays

On servers in India, encrypted. Card and UPI details never reach us — they go straight to our payment provider. We don't sell your details and we don't share them for advertising.

Changing your mind

You can withdraw permission or ask us to delete everything we hold, at any time, by replying to any message from us or writing to hello@nilayah.in. We answer within seven working days, as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act requires. Withdrawing stops any further sharing immediately — it can't un-share what a broker already has.

The full detail is in the privacy policy.

For brokers

Enquiries from people who actually rang

Not a scraped list. Somebody picked up a phone, said what they wanted, and agreed to be contacted. It's yours alone — nobody else is offered it while you have it.
